Project Description

The San Bruno Hotel is a select service boutique hotel with 34 guestrooms and underground valet parking garage.  The ground floor lobby and dining area are set back to help activate El Camino Real with large storefront windows and high ceilings.  The 2nd and 3rd floor cantilever over the extended sidewalk providing cover.

​
  • Yield analysis for 3 story hotel with above grade parking and below grade parking and possible mezzanine level.

  • Close coordination with the City for the new zone regulations to be implemented during the project but not yet established in the zoning codes.

  • Site coordination with landscape architect & civil engineer for 8’ grade change across site and means of egress.
