Oakland Marriott City Center
Project Description
​
The Oakland Marriott City Center interior renovation involved remodeling the public spaces, converting guestroom tubs to spa-like showers and upgrading to full accessibility standards the public spaces, guestrooms and path of travel throughout the hotel. The public space upgrades consisted of a new members only MClub lounge, restaurant and bar remodel, and a new grab and go market in the lobby. The renovation was completed in 2017.

Construction documents and construction administration for the guestroom renovation and shower conversion, restaurant, bar and lounge remodel, and addition of a new Grab and Go market in the lobby and members only MClub lounge
