Project Description
​
This 4-story hotel reflects a modernist-inspired design with a pedestrian entrance at the plaza-like corner open space. Multi-layered street facades introduce a cadence and modulation of material and color to help scale down the building at the pedestrian level. Landscape design along the boulevard complements the verticality of the facades while giving some natural relief to the surrounding hard surfaces.
