Avatar Hotel
Project Description
​
Located across the street from California’s Great America theme park and adjacent to the 49er’s Levi Stadium, the Avatar Hotel underwent a major interior and exterior renovation to update the outdate CMU block buildings. The single-story main building incorporated a new restaurant and Starbucks cafe, upgraded public spaces, meeting room and fitness centers. The guestroom renovation included shower conversions in the king guestrooms and full accessibility compliance upgrades. The exterior spaces and pool deck were expanded and modified for new terraces, lounge areas, fire pits, lawn game area, outdoor fitness and meeting room courtyards.
